2025 Board of Directors Election
On behalf of the CETA Nominating Committee, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to those that submitted nominations for the three open Director positions, one in the Certifier category, and two in the Supplier category. The nomination period has now closed.
The voting period will open on Monday, April 14th, and will remain open until Monday, April 28th at 10:00 AM. Results will be announced during the business meeting at CETA's Annual Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025. Please review the ballot below.
SUPPLIER CANDIDATE: Joe Carver, TEC Services, Inc. Joe has over 20 years of experience working at TEC Services, Inc. as the General Manager and Director of Sales. TEC Services manufactures aerosol photometers and aerosol generators for the purpose of leak testing HEPA filters.

SUPPLIER CANDIDATE: Leslie MacKay, Eagleson Institute Leslie MacKay is the Deputy Director at the Eagleson Institute, a non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting health and safety in the life sciences community. A committed member of CETA for 15 years, she has served on the board of directors since 2018. She recently held the roles of President-Elect and President and currently serves as Past President. Additionally, she acts as the Board liaison to the newly established Industry Impact Committee.
Leslie is seeking re-election to continue supporting CETA’s ambitious strategic plan, launched in 2024. With her unique perspective on the certification industry and biosafety community, she is eager to contribute to CETA’s ongoing growth and efforts to share industry best practices with members, their clients and the certification industry as a whole.
SUPPLIER CANDIDATE: Adam O'Quinn, Envirco Adam is the National Sales Manager with Envirco. Adam boasts over 10 years in technical field, and is a long time CETA member, Conference attendee, and Conference exhibitor. Adam is also a national FFU expert.

CERTIFIER CANDIDATE: Charlie Pellegrini, Pentagon Technologies Charlie Pellegrini is the Director for Pentagon Technologies Controlled Environment division with over 20 years in the certification industry. Specializing in certification and consulting, Charlie is a CNBT SME for sterile compounding and is a member of the new CNBT BSC program. He also has been an instructor at the Eagleson Institute since 2014 for Advanced Certification. Charlie has been on the CETA Board of directors for almost 8 years, including his tenure as President in 2022. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys golf, watching sports, and coaching his youngest son’s baseball team.
CERTIFER CANDIDATE: Mark Zahner, Medical Technology Associates Mark Zahner is an accomplished certifier with more than 23 years of experience in the controlled environment business. Mark served in the United States Navy and graduated from Wichita State with a degree in Chemistry/Business. He has been CNBT accredited for approx 13 years and NSF accredited for more than 20. He has played a major role in the growth of his current employer, Medical Technology Associates. He prides himself for his ingenuity in problem-solving, demonstrating an aptitude for adapting to challenging situations. He is currently leading his team as technical manager at MTA and working to integrate various parts of the business to improve efficiency, quality, and operations.
